We are pleased to announce Megan Butz Legacy of Hope, a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

Our mission is to strengthen the lives of at-risk youth and young adults so they may be mentally healthy and receive needed mental health programming and support. We will support programs that tackle tough issues like depression, anxiety, mental health and suicide.

As an all-volunteer organization, we are committed to improving lives and assisting young people needing support. All donations will support community-based programs that apply for funding and prioritize building self-esteem, developing resilience and life skills, strengthening mental health, and expanding suicide awareness.

We aim to support youth and young adults in need, and in doing so will keep alive Meg’s spirit of giving and community volunteering.

Our leadership team has many years of experience and a genuine commitment to helping youth and young adults. The inaugural grant cycle is now open for requests for program funding.

With Meg’s Legacy of Hope, the goal is to positively impact as many at-risk youth and young adults in the Greater Chicagoland areas as possible needing assistance. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel mentally healthy.
