In order to tee off our new 501(c)(3) charity, we held Meg’s Legacy of Hope Inaugural Golf Outing and Dinner on Monday, September 11th. Thanks to all our enthusiastic supporters for this mission of supporting mental health, the golf event immediately sold out. Despite the rainy weather, golfers and volunteers had a terrific time with games, raffles, live music and great food.
During the evening’s standing-room-only presentation, we awarded our first $25,000 grant in honor of what would have been Meg’s 30th birthday, September 26th, 2023, then announced the Inaugural Grant Cycle to award $100,000 in Q1 2024 for mental health programming and support.
Everyone’s camaraderie and passion for this important mission was overwhelming. With the generous support of our valued sponsors, we raised $217,000, for which we are so grateful!
